Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PaylaneX collects, why, and how it is handled. We collect only what is needed to run a shop and fulfill orders. We do not sell your data.

Information we collect

Account: when you sign in, our authentication provider (Privy) handles your login and may store your email address and a wallet address. We receive an account identifier and, if provided, your email.

Profile: a display name you choose.

Orders: the products purchased, amount, token, the public Solana wallet and transaction signature, and the delivery details you enter at checkout (an email address for digital delivery, or a name and shipping address for postal delivery).

We never collect or store passwords, wallet seed phrases, or private keys.

How we use it

To create and operate your shop, process and verify payments on the Solana network, fulfill orders, show you your purchase history, and provide support.

Service providers

We use Privy for authentication and wallets, Supabase for database and file storage, and a Solana RPC provider to read and broadcast transactions. Payment transactions are recorded on the public Solana blockchain, which is outside our control.

Data retention & your choices

We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. To access, correct, or delete your data, contact support@paylanex.com.
