Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PaylaneX. By creating a shop or making a payment, you agree to them.

The service

PaylaneX lets merchants create a storefront and accept USDC or USDT payments on the Solana network. Payments settle wallet-to-wallet, directly from the buyer's wallet to the merchant's payout wallet. PaylaneX facilitates and verifies these transfers but does not take custody of funds.

Independence

PaylaneX is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or associated with any other company or brand with a similar name. We do not impersonate any third party.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your shop and product information, for setting a payout wallet you control, for fulfilling orders, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. You must not use PaylaneX for unlawful activity, fraud, or to sell prohibited goods.

Payments are final

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a payment settles on-chain, PaylaneX cannot reverse it. Refunds, if any, are made by the merchant sending a new transfer.

Security

PaylaneX never asks for your password, wallet seed phrase, or private keys. Keep your wallet credentials private; anyone with them can move your funds.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PaylaneX is not liable for losses arising from blockchain network conditions, wallet or third-party provider issues, or your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
